Blue crepe dress with open back and a-symetrical back drape – WEPdesigns.com

This is a royal blue crepe dress. It has a scoop v-neck, and low open back with an a-symetrical back drape. It has gold studded, rhinestone embellished epaulets with chain and faux pearl fringe. The gold chain belt goes across the front and then through the side seams to cross the bareback. Very sexy.
