This Jester is 3 feet tall. It has a\u00c2\u00a0traditional jester 3 point hat made of blue satin\u00c2\u00a0and\u00c2\u00a0rose patterned gold fabric. The band is created with a 1\/4″\u00c2\u00a0 burgundy & gold rope trim one either side of a .5″ wide piece of dark green and black trim. Each point of the hat is adorned with a burgundy bead suspending a small\u00c2\u00a0tassle\u00c2\u00a0along with\u00c2\u00a0a\u00c2\u00a0brass bell\u00c2\u00a0with a double ribbon bow. The cowl is burgundy satin and finished with a gold and green trim along the face edge. This jester has a ruff made of a 3″ gold and burgundy mesh ribbon. The doublet, or top, is a dark teal and\u00c2\u00a0dark green brocade patterned fabric. It has\u00c2\u00a0black velvet capped sleeves with a 1″ blue, black and gold decorative ribbon cuff. The peplums are dark red, with two rows of top-stitched decorative trim accents. The center front\u00c2\u00a0detail\u00c2\u00a0is a 2.5″ gold and burgundy ribbon with a gold ruffle and .5″ blue and gold gimp trim topstiched down the center. On each wrist is a cuff made of a gathered 1.5″ gold mesh ribbon, with gold tipped white lace stitched to the hand side edge. The shorts, or pumpkin hose, are black velvet with a 1″ decorative ribbon cuff\u00c2\u00a0that match the sleeves. Each ankle has a 2.5″ gathered metallic gold ribbon as a ruffle. This doll has\u00c2\u00a0two burgundy satin\u00c2\u00a0shoes that\u00c2\u00a0are finished off with a brass bell and a double ribbon bow to coordinate with the bows on the hat tips. The arms and legs are made with a black and white harlequin diamond patterned Michael Miller cotton fabric with muslin hands and face. The knee and elbow joints are sandwiched between 2 fabric covered soft discs with 2 accent buttons. The facial features are needle sculpted with applied embroidered eyes and eyebrows.
